-It's discussing the different ways beef can be used in the restaurant industry, and also includes its history, and how the word "beef" was formed.

-Restaurant owners/chefs possibly looking for some new meal ideas to prepare in the kitchen. However, anyone could find the information interesting and/or useful.
3. Does it meet its goal?
-Yes, it includes a great deal of information and is also very descriptive.
4. What image of the industry or individual is conveyed by the blog?
-The restaurant industry has gotten more experienced and aware as to what they can make into food. They are using their resources well.

-The cooking, preparing, nutrition and health of beef.

-It conveys so much information and allows restaurant owners/chefs to read it all then decide if and how much beef is a worthy cost to have on their menu or not.
