How does the blog convey the industry to an audience?
This blogs helps the public see the industry as a business that's always changing and making their customers constantly happy. Most people enjoy traditional restaurants compared to chain restaurants therefore they are trying to lure those customers in and make their time more enjoyable. Making their time enjoyable entails making them feel more comfortable and at home.
Who does the blog intend to serve?
The blog is intended to serve customers that live in the New England area. Those customers will view this blog and hopefully see the Maine influence that the company is trying to make the customers feel. Especially in the city of Boston where they are surrounded by loud vehicles, bright lights, and lots of people compared to a small, cozy town in the middle of New England.
Does it meet its goal?
It's goal was to target customers that live in the New England area. I believe the goal was met doing so by targeting people that wish they had more of a traditional seafood restaurant rather than a chain that has the same generic food that you would find all over the United States in a Red Lobster chain.

The industry creates an image which conveyed the blog in a way that shows the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a tough career to stay consistent with. The company must keep on top of things especially the customers' needs and wants because of the fact that they are always changing.

Yes this blogger has a presence on both.
How is that similar or different?
It is similar to Twitter because they can do updates to the blog whenever they want, and it is similar to Facebook because they can write little blurbs or comments to advertise towards customers.

The author claims knowledge to know what the customers want and the changes that are need to be made in order to meet those needs.
