This blog intends to serve people who are working within the Hospitality Industry and anyone interested in restaurants and hotels.

Yes it does meet its goal. It's a very interesting blogging site and the articles I have read have caught my interest. It makes me excited to work in a restaurant someday.

This blog conveys all the new food recipes and about restaurants within the industry.

Most of the restaurants that are talked about on this blog have Facebook fan pages and Twitter accounts that are open for the public to read.
How is that similar or different?
With Facebook you can like the page, and write comments on the page. On Twitter, you can "Retweet" the Tweet and it will automatically go on your page.

The author has worked in the Hospitality industry and has written many reviews of restaurants all over the world.
