This blog catches the attention of people who are interested in the Hospitality industry. The posts of this blog are "Restaurant Hospitality: Today's Most Viewed Articles". Anyone can follow this blogging site and read all the different variety of articles.

Who does the blog intend to serve?
This blog intends to serve all the interested views, people who want to try new restaurants or learn about new trends in 2011.

Does it meet its goal?
Yes, this blogging site does meet its goal. It posts about all the new trends within the Hospitality Industry and reviews of restaurants.

What image of the industry or individual is conveyed by the blog?
This blog conveys all the new food recipes and about restaurants within the industry.

Does the blogger have a presence on Twitter or Facebook?
Yes, they have a presence of both Twitter and Facebook.

How is that similar or different?
They are similar because each of the sites give off information and updates but each site is different. Facebook will show comments fro everyone else's', and you can like or comment back. With Twitter, you have to "Retweet" their Tweet to have it go on your Twitter page, or you can just follow their page and read their tweets daily.

What topic does the author claim knowledge of in the industry?
The author has done many restaurants reviews, studies about the Hospitality Industry and has read up on the new trends in 2011.
