Type of Service: fast-food Date/Time: Saturday 10pm
What specific circumstances led up to this encounter?
Late night craving for some burgers and a frosty on saturday night with my friends.
Exactly what did the firm/employees say or do .
They got our order correct but we asked for an extra cup and they said they couldn't then they seemed annoyed with us asking for multiple types of sauces.
How would you rate your level of satisfaction with this encounter?

What made you feel this way?
I didn't think it would be so bad to just give an extra cup to us and thought they could've been more friendlier.
What could the employee/firm have done to make you more pleased with the encounter?
They could have been nicer to their customers.
I will go back to this firm because its closest one near my house. (10)

The blog intends to serve the followers different and new topics about restaurants and the restaurant part of the hospitality career.

Yes, this blog meets its goal. It gives people who are in the hospitality industry new information that can help with trying out new restaurants or improving your own restaurant. It also posts about new trends and what’s going on in other people’s restaurants.

The image of the industry that is conveyed by the blog is that the blog is trying updating people on new restaurant trends and random posts having to do with the restaurant side of hospitality. It’s an interesting blog and has a variety of the different types of restaurants the author posts about.

The blogger has both Twitter and Facebook and you can share the articles on either, plus other social networking sites.
How is that similar or different?
These are both very similar because they can posts articles and posts within seconds. With Facebook, you can comment the posts and everyone can see the comments. On Twitter, you can tweet at the blog but others cannot see the comments unless they click the mentions of the Twitter user.

This blog conveys the industry to the audience as a business that is constantly changing to make the customers happy. There are a lot of people that enjoy more traditional restaurants compared to chains so they are trying to lure those customers in and make their time more enjoyable.

-This particular blog The Boston Discovery Blog conveys to an audience because it shows exactly what current events are going on every weekend for tourists and anyone else in the Boston area to enjoy.

-This blog intends to serve the young and the older audience. There are different types of events to be taking part in such as the Free Boston Museum Day the 24th and Foliage Crusies for this weekend that anyone would enjoy.

-The image that the blog is giving off is that it's diverse in a way. Anyone from 5-50 and even older can come and enjoy the events that Boston provides. Whether you are a college student, tourist or just a family that lives around Boston or in Boston can come. It also is really up to date with its events and reliable.

- This blog coveys the industry to an audience with its entertainment, culture, special events, concerts, festivals, and also meetings and conventions. Mohegan Sun is a huge, well-known area attraction for guests seeking anything from hotels, meetings, entertainment, travel, leisure, and shopping.
Who does the blog intend to serve?
- The blog intends to serve anyone in the area or those willing to travel who want to enjoy a relaxed, exciting, fun, nightlife as well as accommodating type of place to get away from their normal lives and let loose. The blog shows how Mohegan connects with sports fans, entertainment guests, business people, those looking for a nice dinner night out, or even those who love to gamble.
Does it meet its goal?
- Yes, I believe the blog meets its goal to the fullest. It has all the information about the special events, festivals such as the “Sun Wine Fest in both 2011 and the one coming up in 2012. It shows the concerts coming up such as a Chris Brown performance live in October and also Travis Wall. It also shows the winners of Jackpots in their casinos. Overall the blog advertises the resort very well and makes people want to go see it all for themselves.

It is one of the world’s greatest destination hot spots that provide fine dining, hotel accommodations, shopping, sports, live entertainment, casinos and spas. It is also family friendly. - The blog conveys the industry to an audience that is interested in Florida Gulf Coast rentals from southern. It is aimed towards audiences who are interested in renting a beach home or cottage for a perfect beach visit, to relive childhood memories, or to simply relax and unwind. There is a variety of locations and you can make reservations 24/7.

- The blog intends to serve anyone mostly in the southern Florida area that loves the beach scene and is looking for a nice getaway for a given amount of time to relax and enjoy oneself. Those who love the ocean and summer would be targets.

- Yes, I believe it does meet its goal especially because the blog is well written and very descriptive with what the rentals have to offer and the area they are in. It is a welcoming and comforting advertisement.
